Your Agreement With RU777

1. General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the RU777 platform — whether through a desktop browser or a mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

These terms apply to all products and services available on the RU777 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket markets, PSL betting, casino games, live casino, slots and the game lobby. Where specific product rules differ from general terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

RU777 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use RU777 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be accessing the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business or third party
• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended account on RU777

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being reviewed. If you believe a duplicate account has been created for your details without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

RU777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure. This applies to both new registrations and existing accounts.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. RU777 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to this platform and not shared with any other service. You should never share your login details with another person, regardless of circumstances.

Any bets placed, deposits made or transactions completed using your login credentials are your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised them. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact RU777 support immediately. The platform will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot reverse settled transactions unless fraud is conclusively established.

RU777 may log out sessions or require re-authentication after periods of inactivity as a security measure. This is standard account protection and does not affect your balance or open bets.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Balances

All account balances on RU777 are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — you deposit in PKR and withdraw in PKR through the same payment channels used to deposit.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically completed within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Most withdrawals are completed same day when submitted before the processing cut-off. RU777 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or when the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds.

• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name
• Withdrawals will be sent back to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• RU777 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method
• RU777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of account activity

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money balances are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the conditions above. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on RU777 — whether on cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other sport — are subject to the market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet you confirm that you have reviewed the market rules and accept them.

Bets are accepted and confirmed when they appear in your bet history with a confirmed status. A bet slip that has not received confirmation is not a valid bet. Network issues on your side do not constitute an obligation for RU777 to honour an unconfirmed bet.

RU777 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the rescheduling window defined in the market rules
• The bet was placed after the event start time due to a data feed error
• Obvious pricing errors where the odds offered were clearly incorrect
• Evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the event
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error that failed to prevent acceptance

In-play betting markets on cricket and football update in real time. Odds can change rapidly during live events. RU777 is not responsible for bets placed on odds that changed between the time you viewed them and the time your bet was confirmed — the odds at confirmation time are the odds that apply.

Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits vary by sport, event and market type and are displayed at bet placement. RU777 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, without advance notice.

6. Casino and Live Casino Rules

Casino games, slots, table games and live casino products on RU777 are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. RU777 makes these rules accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for reviewing the game rules before playing.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Connection quality can affect your experience. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's completion on the server side. Reconnecting after a round has concluded will not allow you to reverse or change your bet for that round.

RU777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, provider or live casino table at any given time. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside RU777's control.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

Bonuses and promotions offered on RU777 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. These promotion-specific terms define the wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, expiry dates and any other conditions that apply. In case of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household or device unless the offer explicitly states otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts will be voided on all associated accounts
• RU777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time
• Free bets that are voided due to an event being cancelled are returned as free bet credits, not real money
• Bonuses have expiry dates — unused bonus funds or free bets that expire before use are forfeited

If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, withdrawing your real-money balance before the requirement is met will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. You may opt out of a bonus at any time from your account settings if you do not wish to complete the wagering requirement.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RU777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity, age or payment information
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in bad faith
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform to process payments for any purpose other than personal betting and gaming
• Any form of abuse directed at RU777 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or extract data from the platform

RU777 monitors account activity using automated and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Any balance under review will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

9. Responsible Gaming

RU777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Betting and casino games are intended for adult entertainment only. They carry financial risk and are not a reliable source of income. You should never bet money you cannot afford to lose and should always set a clear budget before you start.

• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a set time has elapsed

10. Limitation of Liability

RU777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure consistent uptime and accurate data, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free odds or continuous availability of any specific game or market.

To the fullest extent permitted, RU777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, data feed errors, or unavailability of the platform during live events.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter where exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Changes to These Terms

RU777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users where practical. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with an update, you may close your account at any time.
